Patricia was born on November 16th, 1932, to Gerald “Doc” and Ruth O’Rourke. God brought her home on March 7th, 2025. Patricia grew up in West Milwaukee attending St. Florian’s Catholic Church and grade school. She attended West Milwaukee High School and Washington High School and graduated from Messmer High School in 1950.

Patricia is lovingly survived by her son Michael (Sheryl) Montag, four grandchildren, Michael (Carrie), Brian, Jake (Shreya) and Cole, and four great grandchildren, Ben (18), Lily (15), Liam (3), and Maeve (newborn). She is also remembered by her brother James (Carol) O’Rourke and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gerald and Ruth O’Rourke, her husband Richard Schott, her brother Gerald O’Rourke and her sister Mary Beth O’Rourke.

In 1957, Patricia joined the small family business started by her parents, A&A Manufacturing Co. She played a key role in the success of the company until her retirement in 1987. After retiring, Patricia moved to Stuart, Florida where she had many friends and was an avid bridge player and sometime golfer. In 2022, Patricia was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease and lived her remaining years at memory care and skilled nursing facilities.

The family will hold a private service and burial.
