Brother of William (the late Ruth) Draeger. Brother-in-law of Beata (the late Robert) Dunham and the Rev. Reuben (Martha) Baerwald. Uncle of Russell (Maryann) Draeger and Linda Draeger. Also survived by other relatives and friends.

Norman was a Navy veteran of World War II and served the City of Brookfield as Alderman for 39 years.
