Paul was familiarly known as Fritz. He attended UWM, US Naval Academy, and University of Michigan (Naval Architecture). He spent 35 years designing, testing, certifying commercial vessels worldwide. He worked in Virginia, California and South Carolina. We fondly recall his inventiveness, adventurism, wit, and alternate views. A favorite quote: "The tax code is ten times the length of the Bible, and no good news." All of Paul's brothers graduated from Washington High School. Karl Class of 1964, Mark Class of 1968, and Jon Class of 1971.
