Colbert, Susan W. (Nee Werner ) Of Greenfield, died Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at the age of 74, a culmination of a battle with the complications of Diabetes and Alzheimer's. She is survived by her loving husband of forty-nine years, Michael, son James (Renee), daughter Christine, grandson Mason James, and brother Michael Werner. Further survived by other relatives, friends, and her church community. Susan graduated from Washington High School in 1960, and from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1965. She taught in the West Allis school system and was director of Christian Education at Emanuel United Church of Christ, in Hales Corners, for many years. A visitation will be held on Thursday July 21st from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Emanuel United Church of Christ at 10627 W. Forest Home Ave. Hales Corners, WI 53130, followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Emanuel United Church of Christ, Hales Corners appreciated.
