Frakes, Sibyl K. (Nee Schroeder ) Age 63, passed away peacefully on March 11, 2016, following a 21 year battle with MS. Spouse of Jeffrey. Dear mother of Kyle and Tim. Loving sister of Sharon (Richard) Gall, Stuart (Pamela), Spencer (Valerie) and Scott (Jennifer). She is also survived by other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Friday March 18, 2016, from 10 AM until 10:45 AM at ST. CHARLES CATHOLIC CHURCH 313 Circle Drive, Hartland. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM.
