Don passed away on December 12, 2012 from complications of Parkinson's disease. That was one month after his oldest son, Michael, married his high school sweetheart. Since Don departed, his youngest son, Christopher got married and had their first child in 2013. In 2014, Michael and his wife had their first child in October while Christopher and and his wife had their second child in December. Don's wife, Maryann has taken on the welcomed duties of Grandmother and part-time baby sitter. Don is greatly missed by his family including his brother, Robert (class of 1960) and his wife Carol.
