Lynn Grunewald

Waukesha - Lynn Grunewald of Waukesha, WI went peacefully to heaven on Monday, September 13, 2021 at the age of 85, after a three year battle with Mesothelioma.

Lynn was an avid lover of animals. He trained and showed Arabian horses throughout Wisconsin. During his life he owned numerous dogs and cats and was a dog walker at HAWS in Waukesha. In his youth he was a member of the Archery Club of Milwaukee and presented archery exhibitions. He enjoyed leathercrafting and made numerous gifts for his family and friends. Lynn liked feeding the birds, chipmunks and squirrels that would come to his feeders. He was also an avid Packer Fan.

Lynn was a graduate of Washington High School and attended MATC. He was a retiree of Rite Hite Corporation after 28 years of service and a faithful member of Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church in Waukesha, WI.

Lynn is survived by his beloved wife Judith (nee Mikula) of 60 years. He loved his sons Timothy (Donna) and David. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Kristen, Jeffrey and Matthew Grunewald.

As per Lynn's wishes no funeral service will be held. Contributions to Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church or HAWS of Waukesha, WI are appreciated.
