After Washington: went on the graduate UW Madison in June 1956; married to Barbara Pitt (Jan '53) July 1956; drafted into U.S. Army Aug. 1956; served with 11th Armored Cavalry in Regensburg, Germany until Jul 1958; Spent
3 years with the feed division of General Mills in Mlps. and K.C.; returned to Milw. and spent 36 years with Allis-Chalmers (as Asst. Treas.), retiring following the bankrutcy as the "Last One Out" and "Turning Out the Lights and Shutting the Door" on A-C in 1999. Many volunteer activity since then.

Not all that great a student, but I was senior class Prom KIng. Because we were a smaller January class. we knew each other better. It's a shame that hasn't continued into later life.
