December 27, 2016, age 83 years, of Milwaukee. Dear husband of the late Rochelle "Shelly" Schnoll. Caring father of Steve (Susan) Schnoll, Mark (Julie) Schnoll, Nancy Schnoll and Rick (Monica) Schnoll. Cherished brother of Annette (Marvin) Friebert. Loving grandfather of Jared and Lauren Schnoll; Samantha and Sophie Schnoll; Hannah Schnoll. Further survived by numerous relatives and friends. Special thanks to the staff at the Jewish Home and Care Center.
Mel was the family supporter, who along with his wife raised their four children with an abundance of love. Family always came first. He was an outstanding insurance salesman who regularly achieved the annual John Hancock Presidents Club and was proudly inducted into its national Hall of Fame.
Private services were conducted at Anshai Lebowitz Cemetery. Memorial gifts to the Alzheimer's Association or Jewish Community Pantry, 6255 N. Santa Monica Blvd., Milwaukee, WI 53217 preferred.
