Passed away on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at the age of 84. Loving mom of Suzanne (Greg O'Hearn) Keely, Kevin (Lynn Dunkert) Keely, and William Keely. Grandma of Christopher, Chad, Jason, Jennifer, Nicole, and Brandi. Great-grandma of Max, Conner, Emma, Keely, Shaunda, Caitlin, Madelyn, Elise, and Aubrey. Great-great-grandma of Skyler. Sister of LaVern (Norma) Strand, Roger (Joyce) Strand, Karen O'Gorman, Dale Strand (Sue), and the late Irene Erdman. Further survived by the father of her children Ryan Keely, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Elaine loved beautiful things. She served at jewelry stores in Green Bay and Milwaukee area. She earned a Gemologist Certification in her 60s. 

Memorial Gathering will be held on Sunday, March 26 at CHURCH AND CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME 7626 West Greenfield Avenue, West Allis, from 1-2:45 PM. A Celebration of Elaine's Life will be at 3 PM.
