Born into Eternal Life on Sunday, February 19, 2023, at age 91. Cherished mother of Janice (Jeffrey) Watter, Debra (Thomas) Bauman, Thomas (Cynthia) Price Jr. Beloved grandmother of Edward (Heather) Watter and David Watter, Katherine (Jonathan) Mess, Charles (Catherine) Bauman, Andrew (Samantha) Bauman, and Molly Bauman, Sarah (Andrew) Pollak and Rebecca (Alexander) Tuttle. Also loved by thirteen great-grandchildren, sisters, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. Preceded in death by husband Thomas, parents Harland and Margaret Russell, and sister Joan Conway. Visitation at St. Bartholomew’s Episcopal Church, N27W24000 Paul Court, Pewaukee, 1PM. Funeral Service at the church at 2:30PM. Burial at Wisconsin Memorial Park in Brookfield. Born in Milwaukee, Doris attended Washington High School and the University of Wisconsin where she met her husband, Tom. Doris enjoyed a long life doing the things that were dear to her heart including sewing, knitting, needle arts, tennis, golf, reading and volunteering at her church. She was also an active member of Chenequa Country Club in Chenequa, WI and Bear’s Paw Country Club in Naples, FL. Even amidst a busy life, Doris always took the time to show an extra measure of loving concern for her husband, children, extended family, and many friends.
