Lt. Col. Alfred A. Zealy, Retired
Alfred passed away surrounded by the love of his family. Remembered for his devotion to his country, family, and community. Proudly served his country with the rank of Lt. Col. in the United States Air Force. Served in World War II, Korea, and Vietnam, retiring after 29 years as the Air Advisor at the Milwaukee Based 128th Air Refueling Group. He then continued to support the family business, Zealy's Floral Gardens in Waukesha.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 59 years, Wallie Zealy. Survived by his much loved and devoted daughters Dawn Zealy, Eve Butcher, and Nina Zealy (Ron Karbel). Cherished grandfather of Rose (Jaison) Cooper, Erin Butcher, Jake Butcher, and great granddaughter Emma Butcher. Further survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and sister-in-law, Alice.
Visitation Friday, April 6 from 2:00 PM until the time of Service at 4:00 PM at CHURCH AND CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 1875 North Calhoun Road, Brookfield.
Burial with full Military Honors at Arlington National Cemetery in Washington D.C. at a later date.
