LaVerne Rose Maertz

November 8, 1922 - December 10, 2016

Born into Eternal Life on Saturday, December 10, 2016. Age 94. Preceded in death by her husband, John Maertz. Loving mother of Barbara (Jack) Kollath and Ron (Polly) Maertz. Loving grandmother of Michael (Karen) Kollath and Heather (Kevin) Bonnell. Proud great-grandmother of Halle Kollath, Natalie, Abigail and Zachary Bonnell. Further survived by other relatives and friends.

Visitation at Krause Funeral Home, 12401 West National Avenue, New Berlin, WI on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM. Funeral Service at 12:00 Noon. Private interment at Arlington Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the National Audubon Society appreciated.

LaVerne retired from Equitable Life Insurance after many years of service. She was active in the VFW Post and Capitol Drive Lutheran Church.
