Dearest Norma was one of my mom's forever friends. Their friendship stood the test of both time and distance. Her positive attitude and cheerful nature, as well as her contagious laughter, were attributes to be envied. Everyone lucky enough to be near her was encouraged by her spirit of joyful living. She and her husband, Al, and my parents, Ruth Sander (Klukas) (also Class of 1940) and Willard Klukas, knew how to have a good time. When our two families got together, we made precious memories.
