Edith Strouse

River Hills - (Nee Wolinsky) Passed away peacefully on January 18, 2021. She is survived by her children. Paul and Idala, as well as her two grandchildren.

Edith was a graduate of Washington High School. She later would marry her husband of 50 years, Frederick P. Strouse. She was both a loving mother and wife, spending her time raising her children and managing the household. As her children got older, she volunteered her time for the Salvation Army, traveled and collected antiques, jewelry and Chanel. She loved to watch musicals, play jokes on April Fools' day, engage in many social activities, and was affectionately called "Bubbie" by her grandchildren who will greatly miss her. She was smart, witty, charitable, kind and a beautiful person inside and outside. The hole in our hearts will be there forever due to her loss. Our lives just won't be the same without her. We love you Bubbie. Rest In Peace.
