Anna M Ziegler (Lucht) - Class Of 1928

Lucht, Anna M. (Nee Ziegler) Age 102 years. Passed away Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012, at Brookfield Rehab and Specialty Care. She was born Sept. 3, 1920, in Milwaukee to the late Charles and Anna Ziegler. Anna graduated from St. Michael grade school, Class of 1924 and attended Washington High School. On August 17, 1935, Anna was united in marriage to Charles A. Lucht. Charles preceded Anna in death on Sept. 5, 1980. Anna had worked at Boston Store and then as a homemaker. She was a member of Blessed Savior Catholic Church, was active in the Christian Mothers Society at several previous parishes, and enjoyed working at church festivals and fundraisers. Anna enjoyed spending time with her family and her many travels and tours with the many friends she had. Survivors include her living son and his wife, Robert and Donna Lucht of Pewaukee; special nieces and nephews; and friends. Anna was also preceded in death by her siblings, Clara (Erwin) Koenig, Charles (Bernadine) Ziegler, Eleanor Ziegler, Norma Ziegler, Marie (Harry) Behrens, Anthony Ziegler, Margaret Ziegler, Clarence (Ila) Ziegler, Francis Ziegler, Cecelia (Leo) Skorzewski, and Lillian (Robert) Clark. Visitation Thursday, Nov. 15, at Wisconsin Memorial Park Family Center, 12875 W. Capitol Dr., Brookfield, from 10:00 AM until Services at 11:30 AM. Memorials to Messmer Catholic Schools have been suggested. A special thank you to Brookfield Rehab and Specialty Care and Heartland Hospice for all their care and compassion.
