Bob was a June 1963 graduate of Washington HS where he was captain of the golf team and editor-in-chief of the Scroll Weekly in his senior year. He graduated from UW-Madison and University of Wisconsin Law School and was a member of the Bar in Wisconsin, New Mexico, and New Hampshire. Bob was passionate about justice and fair-play; he also loved reading and haunted book stores; and he was a loving and devoted brother, husband, and father. In later years, his declining health was a burden that limited his professional activity and circumscribed his ability to travel. He never lost his love of stories.
