Clarence Vaughn - Class Of 1958 VIEW PROFILE

Vaughn, Clarence F. Of Ballston Spa, NY, found peace Monday, November 1, 2010. Born in Milwaukee March 13, 1939, he was the son of the late Clarence Sr. and Anne Vaughn. Clarence was a graduate of Marquette University, receiving a bachelor's degree in civil engineering. He worked as a civil engineer and was president of Kitchell C.E.M. in Phoenix, AZ, for many years, moving to Ballston Spa in 2000. He was a senior executive for Turner Construction in Albany. After his retirement, he continued as a consultant for Turner Construction. He is survived by his wife, Susan; his children, Nicole Vaughn, of Oakland, CA, Annemarie Ludin, of Milwaukee, WI and Brian (Erin) Vaughn, of Plymouth, MN; brother, James (Darlene) Vaughn, of Milwaukee, WI; three sisters, Donna Vaughn, of Milwaukee, WI, Joan (James) Hagner, of Shorewood, WI and Kathy (Jack) Siscavage, of Norwich, CT; six grandchildren, three great-granddaughters, and several nieces and nephews. Clarence was preceded in death by two sisters, Karen Frane and Marilynn Wojiechowski. He was an avid golfer and member of the Ballston Spa Country Club. Clarence and his wife bred and showed Cairn Terriers. He was a past member of the Cairn Terrier Club of America. A memorial mass will be held 11 AM Friday, November 12, 2010, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 167 Milton Avenue, Ballston Spa, NY. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 6725 Lyons Street, P.O. Box 7, East Syracuse, NY 13057.
