"Barbara Anne Fraser Fraser, Barbara Anne Passed away peacefully in Ft. Myers, Florida on September 20, 2008, at age 75. Loving daughter of the late Allen and Mary Fraser. Survived by sister Janet (Donald) Smith, and brothers Alan (Marge) Fraser and Bruce (Rose) Fraser. Dear aunt of Barbara (Peter) Orr, Margo (Phillip) Brown, Robert (Gina) Smith and Craig, Kyle, and Paul Fraser. Also survived by grandnephews, grandnieces, and many dear friends including special friend Tony Cooper. Barbara was an especially thoughtful, kind and caring person. She was keenly interested in world affairs and the arts, but still maintained close personal ties with family and friends. A Milwaukee native and graduate of the Eastman School of Music, she won critical acclaim as a violinist in several world-class orchestras including the Chicago Symphony and the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam. Adding to her resume were stints with orchestras in Milwaukee, Pittsburg, and Houston. Among her many interests was her love of teaching the Suzuki violin method to small children. Abiding with Barbara's wishes, there will be no funeral services. Published in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel on 10/8/2008"
